@bt_uk Hiya, We, recently installed bt broadband and our connection has been quite poor: Latency spiking at 2000, the wifi dropping out seemingly every 30 minutes without fail. Its essential to have reliable internet as a family member works in care. Any help appriciated? :)

@btsport you’re company is the worst. I moved house on the 16th of March and tried to set up internet prior to this. I got told the 1st of April was the earliest you could do. I called to confirm this today with it being close and get told you’ve cancelled it and now it’s the 22n

@btbusinesscare The broadband 🐌 in postcode BN22 7AU is not working properly. This is everyday, all day, for several days now. The same several times before for the past months. Slower than a 🐌. Impossible to work! FIX, please. Second city I'm complaining from for same problem.🤔

@bt_uk is the worst company ever! Ended a contract with them 2 months ago, returned the modem and they are still charging me 48.50£ every month. It takes ages to speak to someone and the operators don't have any reference number, so basically nobody takes responsibility

@bt_uk Hi #bt_tv just had an email saying my #britbox special offer is about to expire. Only watched it once ages ago and forgot I had it. When I try to manage it on your website it's sends me to theirs and when I go there they say manage thro your website. How do I cancel!!!
